The AFCLC has compiled an array of leadership and character assessment tools, curated to provide action-oriented resources to enhance leader development and self-awareness using research-based practice. At the heart of this is your ability to request an individual or team assessment by the AFCLC. To do so, take the following steps:
Step 1: Request an AFCLC assessment by contacting Lyn Myers via email.
Step 2: An assessment form will be sent to you. Complete it and return.
Step 3: Personalized feedback will be provided via a downloadable email link.
