Executive Education - Leading Effective Change

To stay relevant, teams and organizations must continuously change and adapt to their ever evolving internal and external environments. This makes it imperative leaders understand and possess the skills to effectively lead change. Furthermore, it is also important that leaders know how to shape a learning culture to facilitate continuous adaptation and improvement. Leaders who can effectively lead change gain a competitive advantage for their teams and organizations. This 1-day program will provide the participant with the knowledge and tools to effectively plan and lead change and to shape a learning culture in their organization. Participants are encouraged to bring information (or challenge) regarding an on-going or future change effort in their teams or organizations. Participants can immediately apply the tools from this workshop to enhance change management efforts. Deadline to register: March 26, 2024

MSA Orientation

Orientation is a time for our new graduate business students to interact with classmates and become acclimated to the School of Business. Orientation is a rigorous and comprehensive experience that is REQUIRED for all new students. You must participate in the entire Orientation program, no exceptions! Updates for Orientation 2025 will be coming soon.

We highly recommend that you book plane tickets to arrive on campus no later than Friday, August 15, 2025, to avoid any travel delays that may occur, especially if you are traveling from abroad.

ORIENTATION DATES: AUGUST 21-22, 2025

Unless indicated on the agenda, you must attend all orientation activities.
