ORIENTATION SURVEY | Due by Monday, 6/10

In order for us to prepare for your arrival, please take this brief orientation survey. It is imperative for you to respond as your input will be integrated into your program experience.

STUDENT ID ACTIVATION | Due by Monday, 6/10

If you have not done so, upload a profile photo to activate your Deacon OneCard (student ID at Wake )
The photo will need to be professional, clearly showing your facial features from the collar up. The Deacon OneCard office will not produce IDs with photos not meeting the requirement. Double Deacs will need to update their photo if the current photo was submitted over a year ago.

CLIFTON STRENGTHS ASSESSMENT | Due by Monday, 6/10

The CliftonStrengths assessment is designed to help students discover their natural talents, then develop talents into strengths. An individual access code to the assessment along with instructions was sent to your WFU Gmail account. Please give yourself around 30 minutes in a low distraction environment to complete the assessment. 

MSBA SOFTWARE INSTALLATION, NEW STUDENT AGREEMENTS & TASKS | Due by Monday 7/8

Click here to begin. This site contains important student agreements that are required for new students at the School of Business. It will also provide resources and instructions for you to download and install software such as SAS, R, and Tableau required for the MSBA program.

This site will be available on 6/8. 

R PREWORK – Due by Monday, 7/8

A key learning objective for the summer is to build a knowledge base on coding languages such as R to prepare yourself for courses that will focus on business acumen and application later in the year.

If you have never been exposed to programming languages and would like to gain exposure to R, or simply want a refresher course, Association Dean Jeff Camm and Professor Carolina Salge, who will be teaching Intro to Programming R have recommended the following resourceFollow the instructions below to access the course.
