Accessing Student Financial Information

Once you have activated your WFU Account (see computing page), you may login to Workday Student Financials to view your student financial account information. Students and authorized payers can make payments and view student account activity in real-time.

Direct Deposit Authorization

All students are encouraged to sign up for Direct Deposit Authorization, to allow for the quick and efficient transfer of funds to your personal bank account. Once you have activated your WFU Account, follow these steps in this link Sign Up for Direct Deposit.

Sponsored Billing (Employer Reimbursements)

If a sponsor (i.e. your employer or agency) will be paying all or part of your Wake Forest tuition and/or fees, and the sponsor requires an invoice to be emailed directly from Wake Forest, please visit the Sponsored Billing website and familiarize yourself with Account Responsibility information.

Students attending professional or graduate programs offered by the Wake Forest School of Business or the Graduate Schools must abide by the official Wake Forest University tuition due dates schedule listed below. If a student’s employer is reimbursing or paying for their educational expenses and that reimbursement falls after the due date, the student must contact their school’s Office of Financial Aid for information regarding a student loan or other means to cover expenses for the first semester of enrollment until they can receive reimbursement from their employer. Failure to have balances paid by the tuition due date may result in an account hold or class cancellation.

Tuition Due Dates

Fall Semester – August 1

Spring Semester – December 1

Summer Semester – June 1

See Student Financial Services for more information on university-wide policies related to student billing, payments, and refunds.
