Welcome to the Wake Forest community! We are thrilled to work with you and aim to ensure that the Wake Forest MBA program is a challenging and rewarding experience.

In this section of the website, you will find pertinent information and materials to prepare you for the upcoming school year. Please read all pages thoroughly and carefully. Additionally, after you activate your WFU email account, we strongly encourage you to check it regularly for University and School related action items and information. REQUIRED STEPS:

Please follow this checklist to facilitate your transition to Wake Forest. Key contacts can be found on each page.

  1. Submit Your Enrollment Deposit: As indicated in your admission letter, submit your non-refundable Enrollment Deposit (and final transcript if needed).
  2. Activate Your WFU Account: Activate your WFU account and enable Google 2-Step Verification within 10 days of receiving the account activation email. Your WFU email account will be used for important communications. Please be sure to check it regularly. Find instructions in the Computing section.
  3. Complete Onboarding in Workday: Log in to Workday with your WFU account to begin the formal University required onboarding processes. Visit the Workday Student Support page for important resources, including a detailed Onboarding Job Aid.
  4. Complete the FAFSA: Start the financial aid process by filling out the FAFSA, and make sure your fall tuition is in by August 1. Visit Financial Aid and Tuition for guidance.
  5. Register for Orientation Events: Save the date for Orientation and complete any student information surveys.
  6. Register for or Waive Student Health Insurance: Prior to September 15, ensure you are registered for mandatory student health insurance, or choose to waive it. Details available in the Health Insurance section.
  1. Complete Optional Pre-Work Courses: Learn more about available online courses and tutorials in preparation for the upcoming academic year. Refer to the Pre-Work & Textbooks section for more information.
  2. Review Parking Information: Familiarize yourself with Parking details.
  3. Student ID Card: Submit photo for your Deacon OneCard student ID.
  4. Explore Student Engagement Opportunities: Learn about various ways to get involved and engaged as a student at Life at Wake Forest.
  5. Join Wake Forest Social Groups: Connect with our vibrant community by joining our Social Media Groups.
  6. Meet the In-Person MBA Team: Get to know the Charlotte MBA team and Contact Program Staff.
  7. Consider Tuition Insurance: An elective tuition insurance plan could help minimize financial loss from an unexpected withdrawal due to sickness or injury. Must apply before first day of classes.
