Wake Forest alumnus selected to head NC State Bar Association
Eugene Pridgen (MBA ’75, JD ’78) has been selected as 2010-11 president-elect for the North Carolina Bar Association. The group made the announcement Saturday during its annual meeting in Asheville.
Pridgen is a Charlotte attorney and administrative partner for K&L Gates.
“My education at the Babcock School was a true turning point for me,” he said. “Having graduated in mechanical engineering but having no interest in being a practicing engineer, I was searching for the right path for my professional life. The Babcock experience helped to steer me toward corporate law and ultimately law firm management. I will always be grateful for my time there.”
