Associate Dean, MA in Management program Derrick Boone writes in Entrepreneur Magazine that students who are getting ready to graduate need to know more than just the information in their textbooks — they should have some real-world skills under their belt. Boone says they need to know how to dress, when to use certain technology, that people and relationships matter and that being open to feedback can advance their careers.
