Deacon OneCard – Your WFU Student ID

The Deacon OneCard is the official Wake Forest University identification card. While primarily used for identification, the Deacon OneCard is also used for on-campus financial transactions, library privileges, event admission, and building access. Your Deacon OneCard photo will also be used in internal university directories.

To upload your photo, log into the DeaconOne Portal, using your WFU Google account:

  1. Click “Login with Single Sign On”
  2. Click “New Request”
  3. Under “Photo Submission”, click “New”
  4. Complete the form using the “Add Attachment” option to attach your photo
  5. Click “Submit”
