We’ve invited a panel of five Wake Forest graduates to Zoom in for our 5th annual Sustainability Alumni Career Panel. The panelists will talk about their current positions, their career paths, and how you can pursue a successful, impactful, and fulfilling future in a wide array of sustainability-focused positions. Virtual -The Jekyll and Hyde Leader: Is It Worse to Be Consistently Toxic or Unpredictably Fair?
This session will explore recent research on the impact of managerial behavior on employees, specifically when managers fluctuate between positive (ethical, fair) and negative (abusive, belittling) actions. We will examine the findings – is it more damaging for managers to be consistently toxic or to alternate between harmful and ethical behaviors in an attempt to compensate for past misconduct?
