Wake Forest MBA Program Remains No. 1 in North Carolina, Among Top 25 in the Nation
The Wake Forest University School of Business Master of Business Administration (MBA) program is once again recognized among the best programs in the country, ranking at No. 21 among part-time programs nationwide and No. 1 among North Carolina programs, according to U.S. News & World Report’s 2024 Best Graduate Schools list.
For 15 consecutive years, Wake Forest has held the highest statewide ranking among part-time MBA programs in North Carolina business schools. The 20-month program, structured in a cohort-based format, provides students with an integrated curriculum that encompasses all business functions. It also offers three highly sought-after degree concentrations: business analytics, finance, and leadership and strategy. The Wake Forest MBA program accommodates working professionals’ diverse needs with hybrid, in-person, and online format options.
“The Wake MBA experience not only equips students for professional growth but also offers the flexibility required for working professionals to succeed in class and advance their careers,” said Sherry Moss, Associate Dean for MBA Programs. “Our program’s consistent top ranking highlights our commitment to practical learning experiences that are immediately applicable to students’ jobs. As a result, students employ their new knowledge and skills at work, earning them a 38 percent average compensation increase while in the program. In addition, 60 percent of our students are promoted during the 20-month program.”
The rankings are based on school and student metrics such as work experience, past academic performance, and program perceptions from peer school deans and program directors nationwide.
