Ames Scullin O’Haire Name Bruce McTague As First Director of Account Planning

Atlanta – Ames Scullin O’Haire (ASO) names Bruce McTague as the independent agency’s first Director of Account Planning, according to John Ames, Managing Partner/Strategy. McTague will be responsible for the agency’s strategic development for all the agency’s clients.

McTague returns to Atlanta, where he previously served as Senior Partner Group Account Director at JWT and SVP at WestWayne (now 22squared), after three years as Integration leader with Northlich in Cincinnati, and 3 years as COO/General Manager of The Stone Agency in Raleigh where he led all aspects of the agency operations.

Commenting, Mr. Ames said, “Bruce brings a wealth of experience and an uncommon combination of curiosity and passion for getting at the truth of consumer feelings and motivation. He’s an astute student of marketing effectiveness who will contribute greatly to our continued growth.”

He is the second recent JWT alumnus added recently to ASO, teaming with media director Steve Harding as a key hire.
McTague is a graduate of the University of Southern California and earned his MBA Degree from the Babcock School of Management at Wake Forest University.
