Marcus Sanderlin Appointed President of NCACE for 2024-2025 Term

Marcus Sanderlin, Director of Career Education and Coaching at the Wake Forest School of Business, has been appointed President of the North Carolina Association of Colleges and Employers (NCACE) for the 2024-2025 term.

Established in 1969, NCACE has grown to over 400 members and serves a vital role in uniting sectors from business, industrial, governmental, and educational communities within North Carolina to foster economic growth, employment and professional development.

In his new role, Sanderlin aims to drive innovative practices that enhance employment opportunities and enrich the professional development of members and the students they serve. Under his leadership, NCACE plans to prioritize enhancing the employer experience through the formation of an Employer Engagement Committee. This initiative seeks to provide meaningful opportunities for engagement and growth.

A passionate and seasoned professional in higher education, Sanderlin has a proven track record of inspiring rising professionals. He is known for his skills in workshop facilitation, training, leadership, motivational speaking, and career coaching.
