Former PepsiCo CIO Charlie Feld presents “The Calloway Way: Results & Integrity”

Broyhill Executive Lecture Series talk focuses on Wayne Calloway (’59) former PepsiCo Chairman and CEO and longtime friend of Wake Forest

WINSTON-SALEM, NC – Wake Forest University School of Business will welcome Charlie Feld, former CIO of PepsiCo and now author of “The Calloway Way: Results and Integrity” to campus to share leadership lessons on Monday, March 30 at 5:00pm in the Bern Beatty Colloquium in Farrell Hall.

Feld’s talk is the latest in the Broyhill Executive Lecture Series “Leading Out Loud.” He will focus on PepsiCo Chairman and CEO Wayne Calloway, a 1959 graduate of the School of Business who also served on the University’s Board of Trustees.

Feld’s new book examines how Calloway led Frito-Lay and then PepsiCo to double in revenue and profitability every five years for almost a quarter of a century. His astonishing success story comes with a systematic leadership approach.

“The Calloway Way” focuses on achieving aggressive results with high personal integrity, feeding the growth, energy and enthusiasm needed to attract top talent.

The public is invited to attend. Alumni and students will have preferred seating.

“Leading Out Loud” is a Wake Forest University School of Business lecture series created to educate and inspire business students through exposure to industry leaders shaping today’s business world.
