Dr. Dan Fogel, Assoc. Dean, Babcock School named a 2008 Impact Education Leader by Business Leader Magazine

Dr. Dan Fogel, Associate Dean, Wake Forest Babcock Graduate School of Management was named a 2008 Charlotte Impact Education Leader by Business Leader Magazine.

Fogel has been with the Wake Forest Babcock Graduate School of Management since May 2003. The school has two programs in Charlotte that are part of the Babcock Graduate School of Business — Evening MBA and Saturday MBA. These programs currently enroll 175 students. The school is currently partnering with Wachovia and the arts and science community to build a campus of buildings near First and Tryon. The school will be moving its programs into the new Wachovia Corporate Center next year. A published author, Fogel’s books include Managing in Emerging Market Economies and Firm Behavior in Emerging Market Economies. He received his B.S. and M.A. from Pennsylvania State University and his Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin. “My personal focus now is on increasing the ability of organizations to adopt and use sustainability principles and practices,” he says. “All of my research and knowledge dissemination through teaching and consulting include this focus.”
