Kline Harrison is the Associate Provost for Global Affairs at Wake Forest University. Prior to assuming his current role, he was an Associate Dean in the Calloway School of Business and Accountancy at the University. He joined the faculty in 1990 after having received his undergraduate degree in Organizational Management from the University of Virginia in 1980 and his doctorate from the University in Maryland in Organizational Behavior in 1987. His dissertation examined the comparative effects of training methods in preparing managers for cross-cultural assignments. His research has focused on various aspects of international organizational and human resource management with a recent emphasis on the impact of personality variables on students' study abroad experiences.
