Entrepalooza – Demo Day
The students, faculty, and staff of the Wake Forest University Center for Entrepreneurship invite you to Entrepalooza: A Celebration of Entrepreneurship on Thursday, April 10, 2025. Entrepalooza is the annual marquee event for the Center for Entrepreneurship, and we welcome the opportunity to have you join us. Startup Lab Demo Day at 4:30 pm in Brendle Auditorium, Scales Fine Arts Center during which student-entrepreneurs will make investor-ready pitches. This will be followed by a Keynote Address by Veronica Miele Beard (P 26), an entrepreneur and brand-builder at the intersection of style, culture, and technology.

Wake Forest Spring Football Showcase/Tailgate
It’s going to be sun’s-out, fun on Saturday, April 19 for the 2025 Wake Forest Football Spring Showcase. The event will begin at 3 p.m. Admission is FREE and open to the public. Designed to be an interactive, high-energy experience for students, families, and Demon Deacon fans of all ages, the Spring Showcase will feature an exciting mix of on-field action and fan engagement. Fans in attendance will enjoy a Wake Forest Football Team Showcase, where the team will hit the field in a practice/scrimmage format. Additionally, fans and students alike will have the chance to compete alongside Wake Forest football players in a Punt, Pass & Kick Competition. Throughout the event, attendees can also enter to win exclusive giveaways, including Nike Team gear, autographed items, gift cards and more! Before the event, Wake Forest students are invited to tailgate outside of Gate 5 at Allegacy Stadium, free food and (non-acholic) beverages will be provided!

Executive Education – Fundamentals of Effective Negotiation
From Preparation to Execution: Build Essential Skills for Effective, Value-Driven Negotiations. Fundamentals of Effective Negotiation is a one-day session designed to introduce you to the ABCs of negotiation and how to build a strong foundation of how to think about, prepare for, and execute negotiations in a variety of contexts (e.g., client negotiations). Through this session, you will gain greater understanding into the five fundamental questions you should ask before every negotiation to enhance your negotiating effectiveness. Additionally, you will explore different negotiating approaches, assess your own negotiation style, and learn how it may influence your negotiated outcomes. Finally, you will gain practice negotiating in both two-party and multi-party negotiations, much like the ones you might encounter with clients, coworkers, and/or supervisors. Through these experiences, you will gain a deeper understanding of how to negotiate both assertively and collaboratively in order to create greater value-adding agreements.
