Auto Travel to Winston-Salem

From Greensboro’s Piedmont Triad International Airport:

Exit the airport, following signs to I-40 West. I-40 splits into Business 40 and Interstate 40; bear right onto Business 40. In downtown Winston-Salem, exit onto Cherry Street heading north. Cherry Street turns into University Parkway; remain on University Parkway until you see the Wake Forest University entrance on your left. Enter the campus and take your first right onto Carroll Weathers Drive. Farrell Hall is the first building on the left after parking lot P.

From Charlotte, NC:

Take I-77 North to I-40 East to Winston-Salem. I-40 splits into Business 40 and Interstate 40; bear left onto Business 40. Exit at Silas Creek Parkway North towards Wake Forest University. After approximately three miles, bear right to Wake Forest Road. Go straight through the traffic light onto the Wake Forest University campus. At the top of hill, come to a three-way stop and turn left; continue on Wake Forest Road. At the next stop sign, turn left. Then take first left on Carroll Weathers Drive. Farrell Hall is the first building on the left after parking lot P.

From Raleigh, NC / Washington, DC / Richmond, VA:

Take I-95 South to I-85 South to I-40 West (which forks to the right). After Greensboro and PTI Airport, I-40 splits into Business 40 and Interstate 40; bear right onto Business 40. In downtown Winston-Salem, exit onto Cherry Street heading north. Cherry Street turns into University Parkway; remain on University Parkway until you see the Wake Forest University entrance on your left. Enter the campus and take your first right on Carroll Weathers Drive. Farrell Hall is the first building on the left after parking lot P.

Auto Travel to Wake Forest Charlotte Center

From I-77 South:

Take exit 10-C (5th Street/ Trade Street), turn Left On 5th Street. Follow 5th Street to the 7th traffic light (College Street). Turn left on College Street (we are located on your right).

From I-77 North:

Take exit 10 (Trade Street). At bottom of the ramp, turn right onto Trade Street. Follow Trade Street to the 6th traffic light (College Street). Turn left on College Street (we are located on your right).

Directions from I-85:

Take exit 38, follow the signs to I-77 South. Take exit 10-C (5th Street/ Trade Street), turn Left On 5th Street. Follow 5th Street to the 7th traffic light (College Street). Turn left on College Street (we are located on your right).


Parking

The Wake Forest University Charlotte Center parking garage is located on 200 North College St., Charlotte, NC. You may enter the garage from either the 5th Street or 6th Street side. Please bring your parking ticket with you for validation. Without parking validation, the cost to park in the garage is $2.00 for every twenty minutes (beyond two hours the cost of parking will be $16.00, equivalent to a full day).


Light Rail

CTC/Arena Station:

Head northeast toward E 5th St.; turn left onto E 5th St.; and turn right onto N College St (destination will be on the right).

7th Street Station:

Head southwest toward E 6th St.; turn right onto E 6th St.; and turn left onto N College St (destination will be on the left).
