Current diversity initiatives include Inclusion Weekend which invites college juniors and seniors from universities across the country to learn about the Wake Forest MS programs in Management, Accountancy, and Business Analytics. The School of Business is also affiliated with several organizations that embody our commitment to diversity in the student body, including Management Leadership for Tomorrow, the National Association of Black Accountants, the National Society of Hispanic MBAs, the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, Military MBA and the Forté Foundation for women.

Some recent diversity statistics for our programs include:

  • MS in Management: 57% female, 23% underrepresented groups
  • MS in Accountancy: 53% female, 15% underrepresented groups
  • MS in Business Analytics: 43% female, 11% underrepresented groups
  • Evening MBA: 46% female, 22% underrepresented groups
