Kimberly McCaslin ('93), Partner at Bain Capital, to Deliver 2025 Hylton Lecture

Kimberly McCaslin (’93), Partner and Head of the North America Portfolio Group at Bain Capital, will serve as the keynote speaker for the 2025 Hylton Lecture at the Wake Forest University School of Business. The event will be held on Thursday, April 10, at 5 p.m. in Farrell Hall’s Broyhill Auditorium on the University’s Reynolda Campus.

Established in 1980, the Hylton Lecture Series honors Delmar P. Hylton, who founded Wake Forest’s accountancy program in 1949 and was instrumental in building one of the top accounting programs in the nation. 

McCaslin brings a wealth of expertise and accomplishments to this year’s lecture. Since joining Bain Capital in 2006, she has played a pivotal role in driving the company’s success. Before joining Bain Capital, McCaslin served as Vice President of M&A and Corporate Development for Capital One Financial. Prior to that, she served as a Principal at Mercer Management Consulting, advising organizations across a range of industries. She began her professional journey at Accenture, focusing on business process redesign and financial systems development.

McCaslin earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Wake Forest University, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa. She later received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
