The buildings feature spacious classrooms and study rooms with state-of-the-art technological tools and the latest resources to enhance each student’s experience.

Wake Forest University Charlotte Center

The 30,000 square foot Wake Forest University Charlotte Center was designed to accommodate the Wake Forest Schools of Business Charlotte MBA programs and serves as an educational and gathering space for current students and alumni in the Charlotte area. Located on North College Street, the Charlotte Center is in close proximity to some of Charlotte’s most influential businesses and corporations providing convenience for the busy working professionals enrolled in our programs.

The cutting-edge, urban design of the Charlotte Center encourages collaboration and accommodates technology conducive to the educational program the school provides. To allow for flexibility, classrooms can be divided into group work areas.  The two lecture rooms are equipped to stream video back and forth with the Reynolda Campus. The Charlotte Center also includes a state-of–the-art boardroom, atrium, catering kitchen and interactive learning labs. The emphasis on group learning is encouraged outside classrooms with laptop workstations and seating areas grouped for discussion.

Reynolda Campus

The beautiful 345-acre Reynolda Campus in Winston-Salem, NC is home to the undergraduate College, the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences, and the Schools of Business, Divinity and Law.

In addition to a campus wide-wide wireless network, the University provides an array of services to all students.

F. M. Kirby Hall

The Wake Forest Schools of Business undergraduate program resides in F. M. Kirby Hall within the Wayne Calloway Center. The facility was made possible through the generosity of the F. M. Kirby family as well as other alumni and friends of the undergraduate business school and was completed in 2003.

Within its 53,000 square feet, Kirby Hall houses:

  • thirteen classrooms
  • a research lab
  • an entrepreneurship center
  • student lounge space
  • conferencing facilities
  • faculty offices

The majority of classrooms are small, reflecting the School's commitment to small class sizes. Two classrooms feature team breakout rooms that allow team-based learning experiences during class meetings. Undergraduate business students are granted 24-hour access to the Kirby Hall facility.

Worrell Professional Center

The Worrell Professional Center, which opened in 1993, is home to the graduate schools of Business and Law. It was the first building in the nation with graduate business and law schools under one roof, sharing opportunities to integrate law and business. Conveniently situated on the scenic Wake Forest University campus, the building features faculty and staff offices, as well as spacious classrooms with technological tools to enhance teaching and presentations. The school has its own information technology staff; wireless computer access is available throughout the building; study rooms and a computer lab are available 24 hours a day.

Resources
We promote technology to ensure that our graduates are prepared to use advanced information technology for data analysis, planning and decision-making in their careers. Alumni often cite our extensive databases, such as Euromonitor Global Market Information, Business Source Complete, OneSource Global Business Browser and others, as invaluable tools while in the program.

Library
The Worrell Professional Center library is as technologically well-equipped as it is architecturally spectacular. In research and projects for courses, students use many of the Web-based information systems they will encounter later in their careers, including LEXIS-NEXIS, Business Source Complete, Thomson One Banker, Mintel, Investext, IBISWorld and Euromonitor. The library also houses an extensive print collection, including about 20,000 books in management and related fields, more than 300 periodicals and a reference section with company directories, investment information services, industry overviews, and statistical information sources. Study carrels are located throughout the library and are equipped with built-in lighting and power sources. Wireless internet access is available throughout the library.
