Teamwork starts during orientation week with a group community service project. In the classroom individuals of diverse backgrounds learn, study and present assignments as a team.  Just as in business, each member contributes, learns from teammates and works with others to deliver results.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP

“... a two-minute elevator pitch that could change my life.”

Our nationally recognized Elevator Competition gives the brightest student entrepreneurs from across the country a chance to pitch their business plans to venture capitalists during a two-minute, 28-floor elevator ride. The student-run program encourages the kind of  entrepreneurial thinking that helps our students excel whether in startups or established corporate environments.

EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING

Our students plan, execute and participate in national competitions and business events, such as the Leadership Speaker Series of guest lectures and the Wake Forest Marketing Summit and Marketing Case Competition. The summit brings senior marketing executives at industry-leading companies to our campus to interact with participating teams from the best graduate business schools in the country.

HANDS-ON MANAGEMENT

Summer internships and other programs connect companies with Wake Forest business students and the talent that delivers results. Our Wake Forest Business Solutions partners companies with teams of students who serve as consultants for practical projects under faculty guidance, yielding solutions to business challenges.
