Request InformationThis program delivers a broad-based perspective on management that is strategic and global. The course content integrates the spectrum of functional areas—from finance to operations, from marketing and entrepreneurship to information technology.  Students find new challenges, career advancement and professional growth.

STUDENTS
The program is designed for individuals with a minimum of three years of work experience who want to augment their skills and knowledge. Each entering class includes managers and professionals from large and small organizations as well as business owners and entrepreneurs. Students come from both the profit and nonprofit sectors.

The program's schedule and location attracts students from beyond the Charlotte metropolitan area and includes students from a wide area in North and South Carolina.

SCHEDULE
Classes begin in August and meet from 6:00 p.m. - 8:45 p.m. (9:30 p.m. during the summer session), with first-year classes meeting on Tuesdays and Thursdays and second-year classes meeting on Mondays and Wednesdays. A two-day orientation is held for incoming students. Students also meet regularly with their study teams on evenings and weekends in Charlotte and occasionally attend Schools of Business social events in Winston-Salem.

STUDY TEAMS
Students are assigned to self-directed study teams of five or six individuals with diverse educational and work backgrounds.
