Edward G. Chadwick is the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance for Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center.

Ed came to Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center from Trinity Health, where he served as Chief Financial Officer. With 30 years of experience, Ed is considered a national leader in health care finance, with specific expertise in systems integration, treasury management and strategic financial planning. Trinity Health is a national healthcare system with $7 billion of revenue, operating hospitals coast-to-coast in 18 communities and 7 states. While with Trinity Health, Ed integrated financial processes across the system, and established a strong performance improvement focus and organization-wide commitment to financial stewardship.

Ed is a native of Ann Arbor, Michigan. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in mathematics from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Chicago.
