- Though all Java-enable browsers are supported, for best results we recommend using Internet Explorer 5.0 or better.
- To join a scheduled chat, type a user name (whatever you choose), full name and email address (optional) below and click the "Ok, Connect!" button.
- After you have logged in, to ask a question just type in the box/frame in the lower left corner and click the "Ask" button.
- IMPORTANT!!! Questions are submitted to a moderator before they are presented to the entire audience. When you submit a question, you will see it displayed in your chat window, but depending upon the number of questions submitted, it may not be answered for some time. Once your question has been selected (in the order it was received), it will be presented to the entire audience along with the speaker's answer.
