Born in Zimbabwehis father started the country's first chain of soft-serve ice cream parlorsRobertson was raised in South Africa and England and started his ad career as a media planner at Ogilvy & Mather. After rising through the ranks at O&M, he moved to J. Walter Thompson in 1989 and managed the firm's biggest account, Kellogg, before moving on to mid-sized British agency WCRS, and then London's Abbott Mead Vickers. In 1999, when AMV was purchased by Omnicom and merged with the Omnicom-controlled BBDO London, Robertson was made CEO of the combined company, Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO.

Campbell, former marine and author of Joker One, presented his five most valuable pieces of advice to the incoming class of graduate business students. He focused on the importance of establishing an innate set of values and developing a leadership model that places cause first, team second and self a distant third. An emotional speaker, Campbell left the students with the charge to restore the honor in and rebuild the reputation for "business."

Architectural designs and renderings of the future combined business education facility. The project will start with a renovated building, which will include space for all faculty offices, career placement and professional development spaces, admissions offices, and student services. Phase One, which will be completed Fall 2010, also includes the repurposing of the current faculty offices in the Worrell Professional Center so that all classroom facilities can be located together in the Worrell structure.
