Dr. Terry Baker joined the business school faculty in 1998 as an Assistant Professor after completing his PhD in accounting at the University of Kentucky.

Dr. Baker's teaching focus is in the area of Financial Accounting, including a graduate course in International Financial Reporting Standards. His research interests include the reporting of corporate executive compensation and the political influences on accounting standard-setting.

He also teaches Introduction to Management Accounting each summer as a study abroad program in Europe.
